Child Custody Evaluator, Adoption Evaluation Provider, Expert Witness, Mediator- Since leaving her position as a Dallas County Family Court Counselor in July 2013 in order to pursue a private practice, Ms. Diveley Terhall has functioned as a private, non-clinical practitioner of social work services that include contested child custody evaluations, pre and post adoption evaluations, ad litem appointments, child interviews, home visits & mediation via court order. Ms. Diveley Terhall provides expert testimony related to the evaluations she conducts.
